Picker's Festival Hey everybody, The Oregon Bluegrass Association is putting together a new event this summer. The first annual Bluegrass & Old Time Picker's Festival. No stages, just people getting together to pick for three days and two nights: Friday, August 15 - Sunday August 17, 2008 at Horning's Hideout in North Plains, OR.
